Transform your organisation with the Equally Safe in Practice(ESiP) Kitemark - a powerful tool to elevate workforce skills, foster gender competence, and strengthen every day practices to tackle violence against women and girls. The ESiP Kitemark offers a structured path to boost learning and development programmes and pathways, track and evidence progress, and ensure impactful, long-term change in your workplace and communities.

If you are interested in getting involved and earning an ESiP Kitemark for your organisation please complete the registration form below. We will get back in touch with you to coordinate our first meeting. You can also get in touch with us directly - Gillian.Harrold@womensaid.scot.

During the six months following the ESiP Kitemark launch (October 2024 – April 2025) the number of organisations who can participate will be limited to 10.
